Our services

Assistants scoped to the work your business actually does.

We recommend only the assistants that fit how you operate, connect them to the tools you already use wherever possible, and maintain them after setup. You can start with one or two and add others later.

Quote follow-ups

The assistant keeps track of open quotes and drafts a personal check-in when a customer goes quiet, so each estimate gets a timely follow-up. You review the draft and decide whether it goes out.

For example: a quote has had no reply for three days, and a short check-in is ready for your review.

Job cost flags

By comparing the job costs it can see with your original estimate, the assistant points out jobs that are moving past budget while there is still time to make a decision.

For example: materials are close to budget with another order still to place, so you hear about it before you approve the order.

Review and referral requests

When a job wraps up, the assistant drafts a thank-you note with a review or referral request, written in your voice. Nothing reaches the customer until you give it the OK.

For example: a finished job prompts a short thank-you that includes your review link.

Phone assistant for after-hours and overflow calls

When you can’t pick up, the phone assistant answers, takes a message or booking request, and passes it along to you or your staff. It answers calls only and doesn’t call anyone back or send texts. It never quotes prices, every call begins with a recording disclosure, and because it talks with callers live, it only goes on with your OK.

For example: a caller asks about a kitchen remodel after hours, and the next morning their name, number and request are waiting for you to return the call.

A real-world example

Following up on a quote that went quiet.

Consider a cabinet shop that sent a quote last week and hasn’t heard back. The assistant notices the open quote, drafts a short check-in in the owner’s voice and places it in a queue for review.

The owner reads the draft, makes any edits and sends it, or skips it if the timing isn’t right. The customer only hears from the business once the owner has decided, which is how every drafting assistant we set up is designed to work.
