Bayshore Ventures LLC is an AI automation and operations consulting firm based in St. Pete. We focus on owner-run businesses and on the office work that surrounds every job: follow-ups, job costs, review requests, missed calls and getting found online.
Our approach is practical. We learn how you handle customers and jobs before recommending anything, build around the tools that fit, and tell you plainly where an assistant would help and where it wouldn’t.
The service stays personal once everything is running. You work with one point of contact from start to finish, and whoever builds your setup also maintains it, so when something needs to change you’re talking with someone who already knows your business. If an assistant isn’t helping, we’ll tell you and work with you to fix it or retire it.
